Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by replying to this email at least 24 hours in advance otherwise you'll lose your deposit. Please be aware that we do not have a dedicated person to answer phone calls when we are busy. If we are unable to take your call and you'd like to reschedule/cancel, we kindly ask that you reply to this email or send us an email to info@sassynails.co.uk with the new date and time you would like and we will get back to you at the end of the day. Rescheduling an appointment on the day of your appointment will result in losing your deposit. Alternatively, you can download our app and manage your bookings there.
